I will provide a spreadsheet with 1,268 records (rows). In column A of each record (row) will be a six digit number. The project involves going to this website   [obscured]  /imaging/OAP.aspx and putting the six digit number into the "Order # " field. This will generate a link to a PDF. Open the PDF and take 4 pieces of information off of the heading section of the first page of the PDF (the Section, Township, Range and County) and type it into the spreadsheet. This will be done for each of the 1,268 records (rows) in the spreadsheet.

We are an insurance broker. Leads come in at InsuringIncome.com. Quotes for the lead are prepared by multiple sources. The quotes get emailed to us as PDFs so that we can enter the policy details and cost into a comparison grid. We want to automate the processing of the PDFs into a grid and we want everything to be sent to lead in a uniform manner. We want to be able to do a quality check before sending but don't want to do the repetitive work. Maybe someone can manually do this for us...Maybe there's a technology to do this.
