We are looking for some one who has experience with Internet research and data mining to create complete reliable data bases in an excel spreadsheet. You should be able to find businesses information based on our requirements and fill in the data base format we provide. Additionally you'll be able to find their real reviews and put them in a text document. Several data bases by industry will be build, organised by location. We require as many entries as possible and we will measure time, quality and quantity. We will run one paid data base job as a trial and if the person we choose works out, this will be an on-going job. We can arrange a one off payment for the trial once the job is finished and either set up a monthly or bi-weekly payment schedule if we decide to continue.

A good amount of property search in India is based on landmarks. e.g. "2BHK near Manyata Tech Park", "1BHK for rent near SIPCOT" - where the location name is not exactly used.
