I need someone to create a Procedures Manual or Training Manual for all of the redundant tasks in my business. I sell houses. Many of the SOPs are mouse-click by mouse-click instructions (although I'm not sure I necessarily need screenshots of every screen). I'm attaching my current draft of my PM, plus two older versions.
