Customer Management Business Development New Hire Orientation I need a VA to work with new members of my marketing team to move them through an startup process and get them into action. I have a company that markets home based business opportunities in the US and when I bring a new customer on board I send them to my company training website to complete an orientation process however I need a member manager to hold their hand and move them through the setup process and make sure they get everything setup properly and then to check on their progress for a week or two This will take a direct phone contact (probably Skype) during daytime US hours and so language skills are a very high priority.
