I am looking for a dedicated virtual assistant, but they will have to have a unique combination of skills. I have an immediate project which I hope will help me identify great candidates. For this project, I need someone who has strong writing and english verbal skills, with at least basic capabilities to use spreadsheets and/or software. This person would be taking pre-packaged reports that I have created, editing them into a final format, and then creating about 10 of them from this template using different excel files. It sounds complicated, but if you have good writing skills, I can quickly show you how to do it, and the process is very much a "copy/paste" effort after creating a good initial template.
