I need a transcription of an audio file. It's a 60 minutes of good audio quality press conference in Vietnam, but you need only to focus on the answer in English, which is about half of the audio file ("around 30 minutes") and mostly the first part about the economy of Vietnam. And there is no need to transcribe what a speaker said about his company (bla bla about his company, May Bank Kim Eng, in Vietnam), but things related to the Vietnamese economy. You need to get to the end of the file where there are things interesting to transcribe: it's about the labor force of Vietnam (actually he develop what he said at the beginning of the press conference). There are two persons who respond to reporters' questions. They're Malaysian, and speak English like people in Singapore. I need you also to arrange it into good English for me.
