We're a fast growing boutique publisher in the personal development genre looking for smart and efficient people to grow our team. We currently require a reliable and super organised customer service, social media and community manager to be the first point of contact with our company who will also manage our social media presence and our community of customers, ambassadors and affiliates. You will need to: - respond promptly and politely to our customer support emails through Freshdesk - manage our returns process - manage our retail program - work with our affiliates and ambassadors - recruit new ambassadors and reach out to influencers - reply to customer questions on our our social profiles - be proactive in organising promotions & contests - plan and execute our social media calendar - work closely with the CEO to continue to grow our community through a range of new projects.
