I am looking to hire a VA on an ongoing basis. On a weekly basis I would like you to monitor incoming calls and call clients back in order to answer any inquiries or to book appointments. I would also like you to manage e-mail. Occasionally you will be asked to do internet based research tasks like source vendors. Hours will vary very much week to week. It might be slow initially but then build. Other tasks may include managing social media. For this reason it is imperative that calls are answered immediately and professionally. You must be available between 9 am and 5 pm PST. You must also have an excellent command of English both spoken and written. This is a small business so your task is to build relationships with clients.
