I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with a busy real estate office that focuses on Property Management. We currently manage 180 properties and are growing each month. I need assistance with developing tenant newsletters, Constant Contact marketing and administrative tasks such as preparing reports and emails. Proficiency in Excel would be a big plus. Candidate must have previous real estate experience. Property management experience also a big plus. We are primarily a cloud based office using web-based phone system, Google calendar, gmail, Dropbox and an online management program. Initially, I expect approximately 5 hours a week or 20 hours per month. Hours will vary, but it is my goal to have someone available as my "go-to" assistant when needed.

The main job is to help me keep my timesheet and organise my tasks. We do this in a 30 min skype call each weekday at 5am, Melbourne time. So you'll need to have a schedule that allows you to be available at that time. You need to be punctual, well organised and reliable. You need to be proficient in Google Apps and understand pivot tables. We use Trello for task management. In addition, you will assist with the coordination of contractors who work on jobs such as graphic design and web development. Also other administrative tasks. These might average out to an hour per day. You will need to be relatively computer savvy, but I'm not expecting you to do any technical IT work.
