I would like a pdf form created that I can complete and then data can be submitted/downloaded to Excel. I do not know if I need a special program to be able to get to this result or not. I have a login for Adobe.com Forms Central if needed. The form data is real estate related. Buyer/Seller Names, Address, Key Dates. I will provide data to create the fields.
