I'm in need of a transcriptionist experienced in North American business language. I"m regularly having files recorded that are between 45-60 minutes long. I'd like someone who can take out the 'ummms' and 'ahhs' and not just feed the audio file into dragon speak (which I could do myself). Accuracy in the diction is key. The files are straightforward and have an interviewer asking questions and a person being interviewed answering. Some upcoming files will just be one voice giving a lecture. Please give your most competitive bid on a 'cost per dictation hour'. That is what you charge to transcribe each dictation based on the time of the audio file, not the time it takes you. You will go through a spreadsheet of 500 contact names and website addresses and use an email verification tool to get the correct email. It is a manual process that requires you guess the correct email. It will let you know if the email is correct or not. It may take several tries per entry. Some you won't get. I will provide more details in a screen capture. With both the name and website domain you can usually guess pretty quickly using standard name formats.
