I expect about 10 to 15 calls per day... most of them Monday to Friday but we may get a few calls also on Saturdays. I need a 1 month service (to test your service... long term relationship is wanted) of phone answering service to catch my calls. 1- Answer live 2- Welcome the caller "Thank you for calling... Real Estate company name, how can I direct your call?" 3- Answer as a personal assistant, "Mr. Peter is not available now, but can I get your message and I will call you back when hes available?" 4- Get the message of the name of the agent (person) who is calling and the reference of what property address is he calling about. 5- email me that information and we are done!
