NOTE: Please sign and return the NDA file attached if you apply to the Job. The PCB is complete but it has some violations that need to be fixed. USE All DFM rules from: [obscured] /wp-content/uploads/2015/04/dfmmanual2015.pdf Layers = 10 1. Rules need to be followed on the PCB to avoid DRC Errors 2. Copper Pour clearance on the 2Oz layers is 6mil 3. BLDC1 M_A, M_B, M_C are all 9Amp Capable (They would need traces and copper pour on other layers to improve total Amp capacity) (Follow these calculators: [obscured] /wordpress/2006/01/31/pcb-trace-width-calculator/ [obscured] /wordpress/2006/03/12/pcb-via-calculator/ 4. There are Soldermask violations on the board. Soldermask clearance cannot be smaller than 4mils on component pads USE All DFM rules from: [obscured] /wp-content/uploads/2015/04/dfmmanual2015.pdf 5. There are boundary clearance violations (15mils around the board and 10mils for mounting holes) 6. ...

We are using an Omnivision OVM7692 camera with the dspic33ep512mc806 microcontroller from Microchip We have been successful in reading the camera data but have not been able to get consistent and high resolution images from it. * TechJect_collage7.jpg shows an image taken using the OVM7692 development kit * The rest of the images are images taken using our own developed code. Requirement (any or all of the below are OK) 1. Resolution and fps A. QVGA: 320x240, 60fps B. QCIF: 176x144, 60fps C. QQVGA: 160x120, 60fps 2. Color is good to have, however minimum requirement is for Monochrome. Color is good though 3. Need to match the image quality and resolution and produce color or B&W images at high fps 4. Utilize DMA transfer operation from the camera or other assembly based programming to speed up data reading and transfer. 5. The above timing requirements shouldn't exceed more than 50% CPU resources, since the other algorithms onboard will require some processing to determine tr...

We have been developing a unique vaporizer/electronic cigarette for several years now and require an engineer that can carry this project to the finish line. With respect to this project, we have a good sense of what we would like the finished product to look like once it is completed, however, we need the mechanical and electrical engineering completed with a prototype created that we can deliver to our manufacturer in China. We have been in search of someone that is competent and can fill this type of role with our organization. Quality work on this project will lead to ongoing work with our organization and potentially a full time role in the near future. Please submit your bid and contact us at your earliest convenience.

Dear Mr. Kumar I am looking for somebody who can develop a control unit for an electrical device, powered by as 350W e-motor, - 12 volts. The control should allow to select the revolutions/minute in a rage from R1 = 0 to 200 U/min and from R2= 200 to 400U/min. Further the control should switch from R1 to R2 once a switch is off and again back when the switch is on. Finally, there should be an emergency knop for switching the current off completely when pressing it. Can you design such a control, which should be very light and compact? What amount of work do you estimate? Best regards, Josef Felber

The project would involve the design and manufacturing of a shell for a printed circuit board that would be used in a prototype for the beta testing market. The shell will only be used for quick testing and validation with the client base. We currently already work with a designer, but looking for someone with manufacturing expertise and an understanding of materials to support our basic requirements. The basic requirements of the shell would be as follows _____________________________________________ * Minimize the overall cost of low volume production 10-250 units * Work with the designer and manufacturing company to produce units for a November 1st release * The shell would be mounted securely on the heel of the shoe for the purpose of running & biking. * Shell will mount securely ensuring that it does not change orientation and remains flush against the heel. * Shell should be easy to mount. If possible easy to remove as well, but if initial design requires a fixed mou...
