This project is to create a PHYSICAL prototype of an iphone 5 cell phone case. At the minimum, the cellphone case should be light, thin and durable. 1) There should be a slight lip at the front case to provide drop cushion. 2) There will be a reflecting material or 'mirror' at the back of the case. I need someone who can manipulate the distance of the reflection based on my specification. For example, I might require the reflection of the mirror to be closer or further than regular mirror reflection. This 'mirror' need to be durable and scratch resistant. 3) The case should be well fitted and protect the phone securely. The power button and the bottom of the case should be protected. The case should not be too thick that might cause flash to bounce back and distort the image. The case should allow oversized headphone jack. The inner or outer edge should not be sharp that might injure user or scratch the phone. I can provide sample prototype design for clarification. NOTE: 1) ...

Design with final manufacturing drawings of part of a polyuretane lamination machine, including tolerances, calculations, BOM, specifications, motors sizing, pistons, etc. Please see file attached. Please see the link   [obscured]  /watch?v=1Mbn3IAyq-E , at 5:31 min &   [obscured]  /watch?v=Swgsz8mfHfo at 0:20 min. The design should be done in solidworks, both 3d files and 2d construction files. preferable 2013. I will provide dxf file, but they are not final, since you will create the end result. The polyuretane "cakes" as they call them are 2.5 meter by 2.5 by 15 meter long. This cakes are introduced into the carrusel and glued, Once glued the big donut created ( 4 x 15= 60 meters large) start to turn in the carrusel. While turned it is being cut at different calibers, let say 2.5 cm, until the 2.5 meters is all cutted and rolled . Further descriptions will be provided as requested.
