It is a multi-functional battery charging controller. I'm using MSP430F2274. You'll use Code Composer Studio. Perhaps you may use Grace or any other io configuration tool or libraries. You'll develop a program running on the MSP430F2274 with the feature as : 1) 3.5 digit LCD and 8 LED control with 5 74HC595 serial shift registers. 2) ADC control to read voltage and current of the charge/discharge. 3) On/off control of charger, load switch, etc. 4) Timing control using timers. Perhaps you'll control an RTC device. 5) Uart communication channel to receive command and to transmit the status value with regular interval.

Looking for a simple machine that has the ability to roll up a traditional household paper towel, as close to it's original state as possible. We need to print on several hundred paper towels for an upcoming event. We have purchased an HP T120 Designjet printer and have configured it to allow a paper towel to be rolled through and printed on using the paper roll feeder. As the paper towel roll is unwound and fed through the printer, we need a machine on the other end that winds the roll back up. Ideally, we would like to attach the first sheet of the roll to a new cardboard paper towel core. As the printer prints, the machine would slowly roll the paper towel sheets back up. So that, once the entire roll has been fed through the printer, the roll would be rolled back up on this machine, close to it's original state. Ideally, the machine would have the ability to detect any slack and automatically wind it to a certain tension point. It would also ensure that it rolls back up centered...

We just bought an old house. There is a dated fireplace in the living room. Now we are thinking whether we cant remove the wall and fireplace entirely. The wall is 8 feet tall and 11 feet long. The house is in Corona, CA. If you are local and can stop by to take a peek, would be great. Otherwise we also can use dimensions and pictures to discuss online. Thanks!

Hello, We provide lighting systems for POULTRY houses. This includes BROILER, PULLET and LAYER houses. We need to find a consultant partner that can help us to design lighting layouts (distance between lights in a line along the length of the house and across the house) and light bulb selection (we have three different bulbs with different light intensities) for houses when our customers want a specific level of FOOT CANDLE light intensity on the floor in the poultry house and they know the specific HEIGHT of the bulbs above the floor of the house. So the KNOWNs are the height of the light above the floor, the required foot candles on the floor and the things that need to be decided are the light bulbs to be used and the distance between the bulbs. In about 50% of the cases the distance between the bulbs is SET and the only variable is the power/output of the bulb that can be used. We have three bulbs. All offer a 220 degree beam angle. All are LED. We specialize in helping c...

I have a product called the Seed Stitcher   [obscured]  /seed-stitcher.html that has a few design issues that are causing problems. 1) After some time of use the drum of spikes becomes bound up with soil and is hard to spin. The drum is made of mold injected polycarbonate and the rest of the Seed Stitcher is steel. I'm thinking this may be fixed with a sleeve around the axle so that the drum turns on a more forgiving surface or the 3 points of contact should be redesigned so the binding does not occur. Open to any material suggestions and or redesign solutions. 2) The handle is designed to come apart for reduced shipping costs, the connection is secured once assembled with a bolt and a welded nut. The problem is the paint gets scraped badly once the handle is inserted over the male side, which will accelerate corrosion. Looking for any material or redesign solution. See pictures attached
