This is to hopefully find and start conversations with the right company/individual. We are looking for a firmware person to join our team for a security based project based upon a Zigbee mesh network. Experience in this type of topography required (including pairing, encryption, fail safe messaging, etc.). Also experience in Sharp's memory LCD (2.7") and either custom fonts or Ramtex icon and font package. Our current processor is a Microchip PIC8, which we need to upgrade to either a PIC16 (with enough RAM support to buffer display in memory) or switching all together to an ARM processor (which we would then need to scrap any code written so far). We are open to either a standard work for hire contract, or even possibly an equity/full time position with our company in Wisconsin or Remote. We are really looking to build a solid team of individuals as we launch this project over the next 6 months.

Examples include alternative methods of electricity generation, substitution of fossil fuels, ways of reducing electrical or other energy use in industry, and changes in industrial processes. Illustrate your review with a case study. Include a final paragraph that summarizes your findings and/or recommendations.

Hello, My buddy and I thought it would be cool to make a wirelessly chargeable night light for my son and are stuck at this point. In order to finish our little project we are just looking to develop a way to wirelessly charge a LIR2450. On the receiver, we have about 1.5" diameter to work with for the coils. Is there an off-the-shelf transmitter we can use? If not, what is the transmitter circuit. Can this work with an off-the-shelf AC/DC converter? We also need the transmitter to go into standby when not charging. What is the receive circuit? Maybe this is a quick answer and a "quick buck" for someone. As this is a fun project, we don't have a big budget so ridiculous offers will be ignored. :) If you don't have any answers but can point us in the right direction, that would be helpful as well. Thanks, Jared
