Hello, I wanted to know if you could help me. I'm designing a new product that needs an internal power generation. My research has steered me towards "disc type axial flux generators /motors". See attached sketch idea. Basically I need a test bed to prove theory I have based on the contrasts that are given. I can't fully describe the entire design but part of it needs to generate electricity and output it to a outlet, which kind of mimics a typical low voltage wall outlet performance you would find at a normal house. The initial device constraints was to have a cylinder can design with a max diameter of 3.5 -5 inches, and have the device be very light weight, and requiring very little force to spin the axial flux inside. I have not specified a height yet this is all a idea in testing phase. What I'm requesting is a design or instructions to create a test bed in my shop and so I can build and tested it, the shape and design are critical. This is a generator, I will ...
