We have a signal light tower, model ME-A, that needs to be connected to an integrated circuit wafer processing machine. There are three lights: red, amber, and green. See the first attached image. The second attached image has details on the required electrical connections. We need to turn the lights on and off from a computer. The computer interface is an Adlink 7442 PCI card with isolated digital outputs. See the attached data sheet. We should be able to attach three signal lines and a ground line from the 7442 to one side of the Light Control Circuit board, and the red, orange, green, and yellow wires from the light tower to the other side of the Circuit board. There should also be provision for 24V power. Given the schematic and part numbers, we can probably build it ourselves, but preference will be given to proposals that include fabrication and delivery of three circuit boards. I use the phrase "circuit board" loosely. It doesn't have to be a printed circuit...

We have do execute electrical modifications on the Heathrow airport baggage handling system. It is our plan to subcontract the work to implement modifications on the lelectrical drawings. We would support redlined drawings and the eplan files. The documents can be handed out in our office in Heathrow, send by mail paper wise or we just email the relevant redlined pages. There is also the possibility to do the work in our office in Heathrow. We are about to produce the redlined drawings in the next 2 weeks and then we can give a estimate about the numbers of pages. The target of this description is to get first contacts.

I have a small project that entails programming a Atmel ATTiny841 microcontroller. The controller will receive a serial input command and will need to send PWM signals to three output pins based on the input command. I have already proto-typed this using the Arduino Uno. I have the code written using the Arduino commands. I need someone to rewrite this code for the ATTiny841 in Atmel Studio 6.2. I can share design schematics, block diagram, pseudo code as well as my Arduino Uno code. I need someone who is proficient in Atmel uC programming who can do this profesionally with the correct libraries etc..

I'm not sure how feasible or complicated this is, so I welcome suggestions or estimates from someone able to achieve it. Local providers preferable. I'd like to use the video signal going to a monitor and make it display only the pixels containing a particular shade of gray/luminance at a time, while turning on separate mood lights for each shade/luminance. This would be for an art project to add different color backlights according to the grayscale images that are being displayed. Similar to the typical color backlights in some TVs, but it will only show pixels of the same brightness on the screen at the same time, instead of the whole image. For example: 1- Monitor displays only the pixels with 0-10% brightness (for any image or video being played), and turns on a yellow LED strip mood light. All other pixels remain black. 2- Next, the monitor displays only pixels with 11-20% brightness and turns on a blue LED strip ... and so forth, until it displays the pixels for all luminance...

I have a custom PCB based around the Freescale i.MX6 that needs to have simulation done on its DDR3 interface. Depending on how that goes there could be follow on with the eMMC and PCIe interfaces being simulated. Must be done in Altium and then the files passed back because we need to run the simulation in house on our Altium installation. The design files will not be allowed outside of the United States.

Need a circuit than can track a pencil or similar type line as a device moves along it and sends signals to two or four stepper/servo motors or other position controllers to keep the device in line by compensating for any drift within 6 mm (or more). The device consists of an inner and outer frame. The outer frame is for large movement. The inner frame is for precision movement. The outer frame moves horizontally, parallel to the line and is not electronically controlled. The inner frame holds the tracking unit. It is the tracking unit that adjusts while the outer frame is moving. If the outer frame begins to move out of the range of the inner tracking unit, an indicator comes on indicating the direction to move the outer range otherwise the inner frame adjusts automatically to maintain position. The inner unit can move via the servo motors or similar position controllers +/- 3 mm. This is the minimum acceptable range. Greater range is desired. Summary: Device tracks along a line Co...

I am looking for VHDL implementation of LMS ALGORITHM based Adaptive filter. A system should perform FIR operation with fixed coefficient value. If any noise is added to system output it has to regenerate the coefficient using LMS Algorithm to maintain Output constant according to input. Total number of input should be 500 and all the operations (addition, Subtraction and Multiplication) which are taking place should be in floating point numbers. I need this job to be completed in next 5 days. I have a MATLAB code for this.i can provide that to you. Even we can have a discussion over Call/Skype/to give you the understanding of this topic.
