Review and sign off on my design. You must have Errors & Omissions insurance. I've designed: 47mmx47mm square, 0.8mm thick FR-4 dual-sided PCB containing four (4) 3W LED emitters. Each of two series of two emitters is driven with 680mA or less by an identical buck driver circuit that is fed by +12V DC. Two layers of 1-ounce copper with adequate thermal vias. Whole bottom layer is ground. NTC thermistor (near one emitter) for thermal compensation (foldback) and a pair of pads for an off-board potentiometer for dimming. Uses two Diodes Inc. AL8805W-7 drivers. Based each of two parallel driver circuits on reference design in AL8805W-7 datasheet, but added voltage divider network at CTRL inputs for dimming: Max voltage at CTRL is set by feedback from NTC thermistor and off-board potentiometer.
