1.I am getting a barn renovated, the statics has already been determinated completely by construction engineer, documents can be provided. Unlike the original plan I would like to make two windows a bigger then originally planned. these two windows are located on an edge right next to each other. in order to create the window openings there have already iron girders placed in the walls and will be located under the griders to hold them. So the wheight that comes from above the construction is save. But will there be vertical forces that needs to be considered and how can I compesate tese via construction. 2. Due to a construction mistake the bottom plate can not be durated as originally expeted, on top there will be a 6 ton concrete disc. There are ways to not durate this flor plate vie iron griders. How big do these Iron griders have to be? But still in a wa that it can easyly be handeld (no 350kg iron grider) Further documents will be provided.
