I'm looking for a firmware programmer experienced with Bluetooth Classic (headset) chips. Specifically we are looking to add mesh or multi-hop capability to allow the range to be extended if multiple devices are present. Normally mesh networking is only available with Bluetooth Low Energy, but a company called Uclear (see   [obscured]  -digital.com) is offering a line of voice communication products that use a CSR chip and offers mesh networking to allow an extended range. I've done mesh networking with BLE but not Bluetooth Classic. Since Uclear claims this is a patented feature I'm assuming that no BT chips offer this feature built into the stack. So we are looking to hire a programmer to develop this function.

We are looking for an experienced electronics specialist who can design schematics from a description of what needs to be included. You will need to be able to take existing open source schematics, adapt and add components to suit our purposes. This will be a one off to begin with but if the product is successful we will need more designs done. If you are able to make the PCB afterwards and know about bill of materials, manufacturing etc. this is a huge advantage. Please apply if you are experienced and provide a portfolio of schematics and projects that you have worked on. English should be your native language or you are fluent in English including technical terms etc.

I need to use an existing certain chip to build a small device (roughly the size of 1x2x0.5 inch). The company who builds this new chip also provides an eval PCB, fully working and doing mostly what I need to do, however the PCB is too big and has some things on it that I don't need. Some knowledge of IEEE802.15.4-2011 UWB compliant, wireless transciever based techniques is a plus (the chip already does this, but the rest of the board needs to interface with the chip). I need someone to help me understand how I can condense their eval kit in to as small as possible and remove some of the components to help in this. I also need help in integrating a battery and MAYBE bluetooth (may not be necessary as it already has USB). I need the new version of this PCB designed in a way that I can just take a CAD file to a PCB printing company have have this manufactured in quantities of 100s or maybe even 1000s. I need someone who will work under a strict NDA, non-compete agreement and someon...

I'm in the early stages of developing a kind of pedometer, but for aerobics (like, calculating number of jumping jacks and other yoga exercises). This is a straightforward design, so ideally if you have already designed a bluetooth 4.0 circuit you could modify it to meet these requirements: 1. NRF51822 2. Accelerometer (MPU6050, etc.) 3. Button cell battery holder 4. All components in line (Acc <-> NRF <-> Button Cell) because it will be a wristband. The less width the better 5. Antenna components can be cheap as long as it can communicate with a nearby phone after exercising I plan on having this made on a flex PCB to bend with the wristband shape.

Hi there, I'm the cofounder of a start up called Enki Stove, we design and manufacture new technology biomass burners. Our systems works with low voltage used mainly to run a fan. Our last product called EnKi Stove® Wild comes in a kit: - Stove\burner (with built in fan and step up circuit DC to DC 5v to 12v) - Power Bank 5v 5000 mA - connection cable (usb 2.0 cable extension male to female) - and bag Well, here is the necessity to have that fan dimmable, that allow us to control the flame intensity. The idea is to integrate in the cable a dimmer from 0 to 12v Hope you can help me. for more information visit enkistove.com Thanks Davide

I would like to produce a book that reads stories out loud, similar to children's books that have farm animal sounds, but with sleeker/thinner electronics. The final product will read out around 2 hours of pre-recorded audio, have headphones, a way of detecting where in the text the reader is, and long battery life. I am looking for an electronics designer who can design the thinnest, most elegant solution and coordinate the Chinese/other manufacturers to deliver the design.

Hello, I need to get data from compressor machines via Internet. The compressors are from KAESER manufacturer and use Sigma control and sigma control 2. The objective is to connect a device via profibus to the controller. The device will get the data from compressor and send it periodically to a webserver or Database. We need an expert in Profibus/profinet technologies that can give us advice on how get the data from controllers via remotely. Also,If you already have a solution/hardware that do what we need, we will be interested in buy it and import it to Mexico. Thanks.

This project is specifically for the optimization of a Serit SP2636 Tuner using the ST Chip sets STV6110A and STV0903. We have the circuits working but do not perform as good as another similar system that we built. The Serit SP2636 is equivalent to the Sharp F7HZ0169 tuner can. The will require an advanced knowledge of DVBS2 circuit design including external hardware and the ability to optimize the software until the performance of this Tuner PCB matches our previous design. Experience in this area is a must.
