1) RFID based locking solution (Mandatory) ? Making an RFID based lock. ? Integrating the RFID based lock with the Raspberry Pi/Black Beagle. ? The Raspberry Pi should contain the database of RFID tags, which can be updated via an online server (Azure Web can be used to create the web interface), and we should be able to add the RFID tags directly using the web server. ? We must be able to get the logging data (check in time, checkout time, RFID tag no.) on either a note or excel sheet. ? Remember, only one user should be able to use the locker at any given point of time. Reference to how it may look like:   [obscured]  /watch?v=4lra1Y2RsWM 2) Temperature control ? Will be using a simple exhaust fan connected to a relay. ? Measure the temperature using a temperature sensor. ? The raspberry pi should signal the relay to turn on the fan when temperature inside the locker goes above 77 degrees Fahrenheit. 3) Capturing videos and streaming our Internet. ? We are looking for a talented FPGA programmer to help us implement a low noise (<10nV/(rootHz)) lock-in amplifier for heterodyne detection of sideband signals. Carrier frequencies range from 0.3 to 1.5MHz. The lock-in amplifier must have the ability to generate signals at specified frequencies and demodulate signals at the sum or difference of two frequencies (FM/heterodyne detection). Your job will be to develop a working prototype that does the following: 1) Takes in signals via a high speed, 16bit ADC 2) Generates a sine wave with programmable amplitude (ranging from 0 to 5V) and frequency, f2 = (1 to 1000Hz) 3) Demodulates the signals at two frequencies f1+f2, f1+2f2. f1 is determined from the DAC input. f2 is the frequency generated in step #2. 4) Outputs the RMS amplitude of the two demodulated signals via a low noise, 16bit DAC. We have an ADC and FPGA eval board already chosen, part #'s AD9268 and HSC-ADC-EVALCZ from Analog. You will need to help us choose the DAC and fi...

We have a room sized about 45-50 square meters, divided into 3 smaller areas. We will have teams of 3-5 players playing in. Idea is that room is kind of magical and dynamic. So people find a wooden tablet with some inscription, then by solving puzzle they understand that they have to place this tablet in particular place on the wall, once they place the tablet on the wall a light will switch on and/or sound will play and/or door will open. Another type of puzzle will be that players with Infra Red remote disguised as an item will open the door. Overall we will have about 12-15 item inputs, controlling about 10-12 outputs. Detailed breakdown of actions players need to do, and what must happen: 1. 5 items are placed/hanged on the wall which opens a hatch on the same wall. 2. Hanging and item on a wall will activate the infrared sensor 3. infrared remote will open the door from point 2(we have the remote) 4. Certain amount of item placed on a scale disguised as a bowl will simultaneousl...

Looking for a freelancer/company to help us design a circuit for a physical game for kids, involving lasers, mirrors and light sensors. The game is a sort of puzzle where the player needs to make a laser beam reach a light sensor by moving small mirrors to reflect the light. It needs to be hooked to a raspberry pi or alike to control the game logic. The game size is approximatively 4m x 2.5m x 0.5m. You will help us translate our concept into a working installation, define what is possible or not, select the components and design the circuit. We will also need wiring diagrams and specific instructions to provide our local contractor. Optionally, you could also provide us with some basic code to run the circuit.

This will be a taxi security cam. It will take photos at certain intervals, store them temporary in the SD and push them to internet to be accessed afterwards. To simplify the schematics, the camera clock should be provided by arduino. I would like to use the OV7670 non-serial camera as it could be found relatively easy in Argentina. And arduino mini or micro. If possible. There are some examples of this camera with arduino on the internet Thanks
