We have a small sensor to be protected inside a cylindrical housing and that will be periodically deployed. The sensor is a small laser scanner and the entire cylindrical housing can rotate which will allow the sensor to do a 3D map of its surroundings. Your task is to design the deployment mechanism for the sensor and which will have two actions. 1. the translation of some kind of hatch or cover, and 2. the deployment of the sensor itself The whole mechanism is to be powered hydraulically probably, but not necessarily, using a bi-directional hydraulic cylinder. Your task will be to design the mechanism producing a virtual 3D model of its operation using Autodesk Inventor. On acceptance of the job we will send the CAD drawings of the space available, the housing cylinder and the sensor as well as more detailed specifications.

Need a person to use Equest, Trane Tracer or any other HVAC energy analyzer softwares and create energy saving calculations for me. I sell efficient chillers, I'd like to approach buildings and design engineers with an estimated energy savings. This person would need to simulate the building load based on square footage, occupancy, floors, monthly electric bill, and existing chiller. Then build a load profile and compare against my chiller performance data to create an estimate on energy savings I can present to my customer. Please let me know if you have experience doing this. Thanks, Josh

Many disposable, plastic flow sensors exist for human patients. We would like to create a large bore flow sensor for large animals that is similar to existing human patient flow sensors. The idea is to modify an existing design to make it larger (human is 15mm, animal should be 30-50mm) and maintain reasonable accuracy. Draw up the design in CAD and 3D print a prototype version for test and evaluation. 3D modeling is possible and beneficial, but not required if a more "try and evaluate" approach is taken. Depending on the prototype success, follow on work will be available.

Need a miniature latch/lock structure for a 1x1 inch small opening door(a few mm thick). The latch/lock should be open/close by a low voltage electrical control mechanism, as well as manually. The Opening itself does not have to endure pressure or hard physical condition. Would like to have as much existing components as possible, for low-cost purpose. Try to avoid re-design a whole new 3D structure.
