I have a smoke distribution system that I need mathmatical and CFD modeling. First I'd like to optomize the smoker. There will be wood buring in the smoker (for cooking) and I need to retain as much heat as possible with the panels. I'm using insulated panels made of sheet metal, insulation and an aluminum back plate. Then the smoke will leave the smoker through a duct and I need the smoke to cool to about 200 degrees farenheit when it enters the cooker. Some tasks include: CFD analysis of the smoker. Mathmatical model to optimize design the ducts including length, diameter and any directional changes. I'm looking to pay hourly at an agreed rate.

I am inventing a piece of gym equipment to exercise lower abs. It is an ab mat you can place and secure onto a work out bench (benefit will be to allow user to extend lower abs beyond 180 degrees improving the workout). If you are not familiar what an ab mat is, I enclosed 3 photos of an ab mat. I would want the dimensions to be 38 cm length x 50 cm width x 10 cm height. The trick is how to secure it to bench (it can't move side to side and the sides can't move up and down). Workout benches have a metal rod that runs down the bottom of the bench (see enclosed photos - esp portion circled in red in second enclosed photo of bench). So the question is how the ab mat could bind to the bench and remain secure? I am thinking so some type of screw system? Job will work like this: first step will be coming up with 3 potential solutions to securing this equipment to a workout bench. If one of those solutions works then the second step will be to design a simple CAD of the whole product. The...

I am in need of a Prototype Manufacturer that can take my design specifications and produce a working model. Background in injection molding as well as metals and plastics experience is a must. I need someone who is very responsive and will move at an aggressive pace to bring this item from design to prototype accurately and efficiently. I would also like to hire someone with some manufacturing connections that are both of quality and economic in cost.

Hello, I am currently working on converting my vending machine from a keypad to a touchscreen. Ideally i'd like to connect a tablet that already has an application and have it select what a keypad would do on a typical soda vending machine. This software would be able to be customized by me (to update the "menu" of contents in the machine), have a way for customers to choose which item they'd like and to be able to take credit cards.
