Need a person to use Equest, Trane Tracer or any other HVAC energy analyzer softwares and create energy saving calculations for me. I sell efficient chillers, I'd like to approach buildings and design engineers with an estimated energy savings. This person would need to simulate the building load based on square footage, occupancy, floors, monthly electric bill, and existing chiller. Then build a load profile and compare against my chiller performance data to create an estimate on energy savings I can present to my customer. Please let me know if you have experience doing this. Thanks, Josh

Many disposable, plastic flow sensors exist for human patients. We would like to create a large bore flow sensor for large animals that is similar to existing human patient flow sensors. The idea is to modify an existing design to make it larger (human is 15mm, animal should be 30-50mm) and maintain reasonable accuracy. Draw up the design in CAD and 3D print a prototype version for test and evaluation. 3D modeling is possible and beneficial, but not required if a more "try and evaluate" approach is taken. Depending on the prototype success, follow on work will be available.

Need a miniature latch/lock structure for a 1x1 inch small opening door(a few mm thick). The latch/lock should be open/close by a low voltage electrical control mechanism, as well as manually. The Opening itself does not have to endure pressure or hard physical condition. Would like to have as much existing components as possible, for low-cost purpose. Try to avoid re-design a whole new 3D structure.

Hi I need to make 100 of the following. They are made using 2 X 2pence pieces from the UK. The first coin is drilled to make a whole. The second is cut (CNC lathe) to make a plug for that whole. The plug is slightly chamfered so that when it is pushed into place it fits neatly and doesn't fall through the whole. The whole is also at the same angle making the plug fit neatly into it's whole. Please see attached image I will have a further requirement for the same made in ?2 coins and in US coins soon. It's important that when the plug is in it's whole the entire coin looks ordinary and the line where the two parts meet is only visible when you look very closely. It's for a magic trick! I would imagine that the angle of the chamfer is about 7degrees. However I'm not sure and I'm willing to take advice. I know this is a strange request. I hope to hear from you soon.

Hello, We are manufacturers of structural steel buildings. We are in the process of designing a roof shape to best ventilate our buildings.   [obscured]   The building in question is one for what is called a freestall barn. this is where dairy cattle are house prior to milking. There is a similar roof structure on our website under projects   [obscured]  /projects.html We want to design the roof in such a way that it draws the most air possible. On the attached sketch we have drawn a "concept" that shows the shape we were thinking of. We would like someone to look at this design and runs some calculations to ensure that it will draw/ventilate efficiently. Due to the mass number of dairy cows that will be under the structure, ventilation is absolutely essential. we are looking for design comments, improvements and airflow calculations. We also want to design a simple mechanical roof vent damper that could be controlled depending on temperature and rain...

We are looking to hire an expert to assist with our new heatsink. The COB module produces up to 100 watts and needs to remain below 80C to operate properly. We have a driver that will also be mounted in the enclosure and we need ways to ensure the heat will get out. I am attaching a sketch our engineers did, but we need assistance in modeling the heat transfer and better heatsink fin design.
