Looking for someone with advanced FEA skills to create a model of a simple impact socket wrench having specific material and dimensions properties (supplied), and then simulate an air impact wrench loading on this socket for the purpose of optimizing the mass of the socket for a specific target load. Modeling the load of an impact wrench is not simple and built in features in AutoCAD are not what we want. This is not the same as a static load, hence the need for someone with the advanced knowledge to model this correctly and simulate needed conditions. Details of hammer mass inside the impact wrench are different for every brand and model, so will need to be approximated. We can supply ballpark figures of rotational load and spikes of impact typical to an average model. Resistance to spinning is based on thread friction between bolt and nut and given CoF with no lubricant. Here we can assume full tightness and allow no rotation, however some torque will still be absorbed or transferr...

The plugin should be able to embedd fluid codes generated into Solidworks flow simulation and the stand-alone application via MS visual studio should call the Solidworks flow assembly and vary different impellers modelled (6 blade Rushton impeller, hydrofoil impeller and a conceptualized impeller) , carry out parametric analysis of simulation of the impeller (fluid height in containing vessel, impeller distance from vessel bottom, various position of impeller and vessel ) and determine the best impeller.that will give a better homogeneity of the fluid to be mixed). The working fluid is a non-Newtonian fluid. Details of dimensions of impeller and containing vessel are available both in doc and sldprt formats.

We intend to manufacture / fabricate Automatic Girth Welding Machine for horizontal welding of 47 Metre Diameter Storage Tanks. They would be cleat mounted on the tank shell & need to have an automatic flux recovery system. We would be using only Lincoln Brand Systems & are looking at NA-3 & NA-4 Lincoln Welding Sytems. We are looking for freelancers having in depth prior experience in fabrication of the above automatic girth welding machines to associate in the project. Scope of Works: Suggest the Lincoln Welding System for horizontal welding of 47 Metre Diameter Mild Steel Storage Tank. Shell thickness varies from 10 mm to 30 mm. Provide complete detailed fabrication drawings for mounting the above Lincoln Welding System together with automatic flux recovery for constructing the Automatic Girth Welding Machine. Drawings for all components excluding parts bought out from Lincoln are required to be provided besides guidance / resolution of any queries during fab...

Looking for a component developed to our size requirements that is a micro kinetic generator converting motion to electricity for our wristband power bank. We know we won't be able to get a full charge but we'd like to get about 250mAh of energy from 3,000 steps an individual makes.

Write a Matlab script to import a set of CSV data files and have it export a data report complete with summary of results and graphs. Summarized results to be reported are Max Load, Max Stress, Max Displacement, Max Strain, Toughness, Resilience, Modulus, 1% offset yield, Natural Draw Ratio, Necking Stress, Necking Strain, Drawing Stress, Drawing Strain, etc. (attachment describes what these are and how they are found) Where there is multiple data files for similar materials, some elementary statistical analysis will need to be summarized and graphed using standard deviations, averaging, etc.
