This job is to take 8 .STL files from a 3D scanner and clean up the imperfections from those scans into 4 .STL files. The files are from the scan of the front and back of a sheet metal stamping. What I want to do is combine the front and back with the known sheet metal thickness into a single .STL file. The sheet metal is flat and I want the letters to be consistent and uniform. I am looking to have 2 of these done ASAP. (The WILLYS ones in the example.)

I am looking for an industrial designer to make a photo realistic prototype of a product in the consumer product space. I am looking for 2 separate designs one is integrated into an existing product the other is an add on product. I am looking for a finished product drawing as well as a blow out that shows the working parts.I will most likely need a sell sheet as well. If this moves to manufacturing then I would come back to hire the designer for full CAD's and specs.

Hello, I'm currently adding to a robot prototype I have, and would like to work with someone who has experience in working with manufactured products. Ideally you are a mechanical/electrical engineer or an industrial designer that would either help with the internal electronics and motors or a designer who will help with materials and 3D designs that are ready for manufacturing. The things I have already worked out are: - The way the robot navigates - Self balancing on ball (see picture) - Dimensions The things I need work on: - A way to interact with the robot - Developing the arms to fit the design - Work with parts (micro processor and such) to help when it comes to manufacturing

Hi, we have a prototype UAV that we have built and we would now like to take it further and make it look tidier and nicer. We would like to make the aircraft out of composites, in molds. This requires that we have stl files for those molds. Also we would like to enhance the design, look into details, change things around etc. All this requires as first step that we have a full working computer model of the aircraft. There are a few moving parts (e.g. the tail surfaces, propellers, landing gear retract) but it is not a huge amount of moving things. We have relatively accurate measurements and even a physical 'model' although it is not that nice, at least it can be looked at to get a rough idea. Created files should be viewable and be able to be manipulated in Autodesk inventor, because we have this program and it would be easier if both you and we could fully view the file, turn it around, assemble and disassemble the model, make measurements, etc. We would prefer a fixed pric...

AutoCAD Project Format: AutoCAD 2010 Project name: Balance Template Layout: 2D Project Scope: Develop a drawing template for an industrial balance flow diagram (PID or PFD) to be used by our field engineers. Our engineers are familiar with AutoCAD and have limited working knowledge. The field engineer would be able to use Task: To populate the AutoCAD Design Center with standard blocks and other blocks from other prints. Currently, we have blocks existing in different prints and these blocks need to be extracted from the prints and put into the NEW AutoCAD drawing template. There would no more than 20 prints that blocks would need to be extracted from and imported into the new AutoCAD drawing template.

This is for a real world job involving the repair of an I-Beam steel girder supporting an existing bridge. A vehicle passing under the bridge hit one of the girders, causing damage to the bottom flange. The plan is to have the lower half of the I-beam cut out over a 10 foot length. The total length of the beam is exactly 50 feet, 7 inches. The center of the 10 foot section to be cut out is 20 feet from one end of the beam (in other words, the cut out section begins 15 feet and ends 25 feet from the end). The existing beam is a W-shape 30x108. Once the 10 foot section is cut out, we will place a 10 foot long WT 15x54 shape beam in its place. We will then place 3/4 inch thick steel plates on both sides of the new section's web the entire length of the new section (say, 12 to 15 feet or so). 3/4 inch steel plates will also be bolted to the underside of the bottom flange at each of the two cut locations. See the attached sketch of what this will look like (note that the steel plat...

We are seeking a consultant with expertise in Dietary Supplement gmps and processes. We have a set of SOPs and Forms and are looking to hone these documents and then follow-up with a gap analysis. Ideally, we would work with someone to whom we can fire off a few questions, then get the answers. We already work with someone, but are very keen to work with two people since this is such a critical area of operations. We produce only one liquid product, our procedures are straightforward and our questions would appear to be rather basic and are often ask more for validation than initial guidance. An example question, might be to tell us what is the required testing for our given ingredients. Another might be, if we wish to pre-measure our ingredient components, which are received in polyethylene bags, can we do so months ahead of production? I.e. if we receive 10kg of niacin and know that we will always batch 500g, can we create 20 pre-measured lots (with all relevant info, of course) ...
