I'm looking for someone to take my hand drawn electronic schematics and enter them into Eagle CAD. I'm a circuit designer and will specify all the necessary details, so I just need someone that can redraw my schematic. If by some chance you also can use a program called Diptrace that would be great. I've been using Diptrace which I find more user friendly than Eagle, but I know Eagle is the standard. If your proposal looks good then I will contact you and send you a sample schematic so as to get your fixed price quote. In your proposal please supply your normal hourly rate, but once I send you a certain schematic I'd like a fixed price quote. Thank you!

We need an engineer with Solidworks skills to help design a stainless steel case for a diving watch with rotating bezel. The exterior design has been rendered, and the design is decided on but we need help translating this into a CAD model. We do not need the movement to be designed; we have technical drawings for that. Prior experience designing watches would be great, but experience with precision mechanics/devices is acceptable. We have experience with the construction of watches, so we can advise on what parts need to be designed. We would love to see a portfolio. This project may take around 20 hours to do, and we will be working with you and our parts supplier. US preferred, for time zone reasons. Please ask any questions you may have. Open to skype interviews and for updates when working remotely. Thank you!

We require a unit to measure the distance between two points and relay the data back to a display showing the distance between the two sensors. On fishing boats, when the net is released into the water the net opens and allows the fish to be caught. The width at which the net is open is critical. We need to design a low cost solution to to measure this data and relay it to the boat. The units need to be battery powered and last about a week under full charge. I have attached a picture of a net and the spread on it. There is units already available, but they are extermely expensive.

We have a PCB approximately 3.5 x 5" with two Xilinx 100QFP packages and assorted other circuitry. Two buck power converters, so power layout experience a must. We will need relatively quick turnaround, about a week to ten days max. Design will be in two phases, first the packages and placement, then when the CPLDs are finalized final netlist and routing. Prefer PADS, we use Orcad. We judge a layout designer by how carefully they check their work, and often by their ability to find errors in ours. A double standard sure, but that's what works for us... We require a NOT TO EXCEED bid and hourly rate, we will pay for hours expended in design, but NTE the bid.

Summary: I need a pcb design for a small, light-weight, microprocessor-controlled, and easy to assemble transmitter to attach to small animals. Requirements ? Transmission should be in the band between 150.8 and 151.8 MHz. Each unit should have a different band separated by at least 10kHz (i.e. one transmitter might have a band of 150.890 and another 150.880). ? Weight less than 15 grams (ideally). The entire unit should be less than 1cm by 1cm. ? Range should be approximately 1Km ? Battery life should be a minimum of 3 months ? Pulse rate of approximately 1 pulse/second ? On-off controlled by tiny reed switch (magnetic) The units should be designed so that they can be easily constructed (using a tiny pcb as a base). There should be a set of 2 wire leads that would lead out to a small battery. A second lead should be for a wire whip-style antenna. I realize that there are commercial versions of this product available. I am looking for something that students can build on their own...
