Hello, I am looking to have a simple rent table/model created which can look to several basic inputs (start date of of lease, end date of lease, rent escalator/inflator, and escalator occurence (i.e. every 1 yr or 5 yrs etc) which outputs monthly rent for the reference period. I think this is likely a simple formula or reference table or look-up that can be used. Ideally, the calculation or formula is simple so it does not take alot of iteration so excel can output it quickly. This is a starter project but if it goes well, I would anticipate future help on other financial modeling exercises.
