I have a commercial property that is currently in a Contract For Deed and am looking to get it refinanced at a local bank. I am not that familiar with the process and i have some issues also. I would like to find someone to go over it with me and help me with what is going to be expected of me. This will allow me to have some time to fix any issues before i go to the bank. Would prefer someone with experience dealing with commercial loans or maybe even a previous loan officer. We are building an online calculator that will allow borrowers to calculate the APR for Kabbage.com loans. Kabbage offers 6 months loans that can be paid off at any time over the 6 months. So, in addition to calculating the APR if the loan is held to maturity, I also want the calculator to give the APR if the loan is paid off after month 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
