We are two companies that share staff. As a result we need to invoice between the two companies depending on how much time the shared staff works for company A and company B. I'm interested in having a cash-flow model built in excel which allows me to use an Argus Cash Flow document as the input. I would like the cash flow to feed into an assumption/summary page which will show the general deal parameters as well as project returns (levered and unlevered) as well as a sensitivity table (see attached example for sensitivity comparisons I'm interested in).
