A little background...... I own a business that buys SFR real estate for the purposes of renovating and re-selling. Each property has a loan against it with corresponding "interest only" payment and a set amount of funds in escrow allocated for renovations. My estimator uses an excel-based form to develop an estimated cost of renovations that is broken down into a specific set of categories. This estimate is completed on every property. Last but not least, I have multiple partners for each job that would share in the net profits once it sells. Problem.... I have a small real estate company. I buy, rehab, and sell homes. I have one employee starting shortly. I need someone to do our books properly. We plan on doing only 6-8 homes per year. We will have payroll for one person, income for myself, and the rest will be contractors we hire for jobs. Our one employee will be paid weekly. We have an accountant that does our end of year taxes, because we have other businesses, trusts, etc. and they all get pulled together and paid by some other companies. I need help in creating a formula on EXCEL DOCUMENT to monitor the incentive payment for one of the medical equipment technicians in a medical office. Baseline is 12 tests in 8 hours, for every additional test there is an incremental payment. Ex. 13th test = $10, 14th test = $15, 15th test = $20, 16th test = $25 (caps at $25 per test after that). However, for every hour of overtime, the baseline of 12 tests increases by 2 and incentive starts after that. Ex. Overtime 1 hour, baseline will become 14 tests and for 15th = $10, 16th=$15, 17th=$20 etc. I need to put the daily details in a manner where least number of clicks can give me his total payment for the month.
