We create eLearning for Middle School aged students (6-8th grade). We have a lesson on reading a credit report. We need someone to create three fake credit report samples (for students in the United States); one for each of the "characters" listed in the attached document. Contractor should be a subject matter expert in the area of US credit reports and reading credit reports. The sample report should be created in Microsoft Excel and formatted to look like a real report. The contractor will use the information provided for each character to create each fake report. I have an online business where I provide coaching services for engineers. I own a small business that provides professional services. The work I do is generally flat fee or billed at time and expense. On some of the work, I have multiple parties contributing to the final fee. For example, P1 may generate 2 hours of time on a project and I pay P1 60% of what they bill. P2 may generate 1 hour of work and I pay P2 65% of what he bills. If I bill time, I bill at 100% of the rate. I then take all of their time and generate a final invoice for my company's time. I currently use Quickbooks online, but I know I am only scratching the surface of its functionality. Others in the industry use purchase orders to do similar projects.
