I run a few websites with about 200-300 transactions/mo (mostly paypal). I need someone to help with Xero setup and get 2015 books up to date. To help a friends startup (Monchilla) a couple years ago, I moved my books from Quickbooks to Monchilla. I did the books myself the past 2 years to help him with product development, but recently Monchilla was acquired by Xero and he's recommending moving over to Xero or switching back to QB. My books are good up to Dec 31, 2014, but I need someone who can help me get set up in Xero and get my books up to date through April 2015 or who could move me back over to QB and get things up to date through April 2015. If all goes well, I'm also open to having the person continue to handle our monthly bookkeeping.

No accounting software has been set up yet. I would ideally like to use an online system like Quickbook Online or Xero, but I need some basic Job costing. Hi I need a bookkeeper hired by the hour to create a company file for my company and enter transactions into QuickBooks Pro Desktop USA 2013 on a monthly basis. I use Quicken for accounting now and it is not a "proper" dual entry system and my auditor needs QuickBooks so he can get accurate Balance Sheet and P&L for my company. I intend to dump the transactions from my Quicken system monthly into a spreadsheet (or other format if you request) and send them to the consultant for entry into QuickBooks on your system or mine by remote control. Once converted my auditor will review and make sure the entry has been done correctly, he may request some edits. We use multiple currencies but not very many transactions each month.
