My usual accountant is no longer doing tax returns for his business, so I need to find someone in the US, and preferably even in Florida, that can do Corporate (C-Corp) tax returns and provide other general advice (although that's out of the scope for this project). Tax returns will include Federal and State. I had one full time employee, but only thru half of this year. I use PayPal to process all our transactions online and as our small company is growing, I am trying to create an automated solution that will allow us to allocate a percentage of all incoming monies to specific accounts. Case / Usage: If $1,000 is received in a day, I want 50% of that ($500) to be automatically transferred to an external account for the purpose of putting aside to only use once a month at the end of the month to pay estimated taxes and for my 401k. Our company has a single checking account. All monies are deposited via credit card collections or direct deposit. Again, there are NO cash collection!
