Need a bookkeeper to handle my accounting records for 2 small Corporations and take it over from previous bookkeeper. I am a small business and there is moderate transactions. I have 4 websites with 4 Paypal accounts and about 5-6 different business accounts. Want my books to be updated on a monthly basis so please quote accordingly. I don't need anyone to do invoicing, collections, payroll. All of that I do myself. It's basically loading data from bank account and credit card statements and updating in Quickbooks and code accordingly.

I have a set of management accounts (3 Branches) in Excel for the first financial quarter, in which a presentation would be conducted in the form of PowerPoint to show the board and management team the performance of the business for the first quarter, against last year and against budget.
