My business is growing and I would like to find someone to help me keep my financial life organized, working with me at my home office and remotely. This would probably start out as a 10 or so hour/week role with more time initially setting up the accounts in QuickBooks. I spend a good deal of time consulting with my clients and contractors so there will be an average of only a few hours twice a week of work required but when needed there could be more than 10 hours/week of work. I'm looking for someone who: 1. Is highly organized, detailed oriented and is serious about providing first class bookkeeping, monthly client invoicing, contractor and bill paying using QuickBooks. You're so extremely well organized, that you like to write lists and work from a checklist at all times. 2. Enjoys working alone most of the time and with people some of the time.
