We are a small business, LLC, with 2 founding partners. Our accouting file is currently on Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2014. In order to have all our financial data in check, my business partner and I have filed extensions for our 2013 personal returns until the business return and schedule K-1's are complete. I have spent the last few months getting all the data organized with a local accountant. What I am looking for - 1. Company 2013 return with schedule K-1's for both partners. 2. I work with QuickBooks Enterprise 2012 and need to void a check without affecting previous accounting cycles that have been closed.
