I run a few websites with about 200-300 transactions/mo (mostly paypal). I need someone to help with Xero setup and get 2015 books up to date. To help a friends startup (Monchilla) a couple years ago, I moved my books from Quickbooks to Monchilla. I did the books myself the past 2 years to help him with product development, but recently Monchilla was acquired by Xero and he's recommending moving over to Xero or switching back to QB. My books are good up to Dec 31, 2014, but I need someone who can help me get set up in Xero and get my books up to date through April 2015 or who could move me back over to QB and get things up to date through April 2015. If all goes well, I'm also open to having the person continue to handle our monthly bookkeeping.

No accounting software has been set up yet. I would ideally like to use an online system like Quickbook Online or Xero, but I need some basic Job costing. I looked at the addons and they are overkill for what I need. We have two main parts to our business. A lending business, And a residential redevelopment company that purchases distressed housing, renovates it and either sells or rents it.
