Looking for Xero certified bookkeeper to help setup an account properly, and give advice about how to manage the account going forward. Primary task will be to import all transactions for this current accounting period (started January 1st 2015) and reconcile them correctly, from Paypal. Approximate average - 2 transactions per day. Reconciliation has not been done on the account yet (it was only setup last month), so rules will need to be created. I expect the winning contractor will have a lot of questions about what various costs are etc, so we'll need to figure out how to manage that. Prepare accounts from 21 quarterly bank statements. Bank statements are in PDF format with selectable text, however the format is not exactly right to paste directly into Excel. See example attached. Some data editing/entry may be required. I would like this done in Excel, so I can refer back to each transaction. Put the transactions into P&Ls (Australian financial year: 1-July to 30-June). There are only 3-4 transaction types, so this should be fairly easy.
