Hi, I am looking for a personal bookkeeper to help my family track spending monthly and create a budget every year. Four workflows: 1. Set up accounts on QuickBooks Online 2. Go back and track spending for 2015 3. Ongoing tracking of spending by category every month 4. Create yearly budget with half year review Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor's preferred. I wrote duration of 7-9 months below because that was the max Elance would let me put but I am hoping to engage services for many years. Looking for a QuickBooks Enterprise expert that can do live online demos of the software features for our clients. We are a top Intuit Reseller and are growing quickly and need to outsource this component. The person that we are looking to work with should be QuickBooks Certified (Pro Advisor or preferably an Advanced Pro Advisor) and have at least 2-3 years experience. Greetings, My business needs monthly bookkeeping including: reconciliation, credit card statements, bank statements, payroll entry etc. We use a payroll company for 3 employees so the only entries we need into Quickbooks will be bi-monthly deposits/taxes which will be provided electronically. We use Quickbooks online for you to access easily which is synced with all of our accounts for easy importation of data. Any additional documents can be shared with you via encrypted cloud storage folders such as the payroll documents, sales tax, statements etc. My goal is to have someone who will keep Quickbooks accurate and organized so I can review financial statements on a monthly basis. QuickBooks Premier Retail Edition 2012 1. I wrote a check to a vendor for a pre-payment deposit using Banking->Write Checks. 2. I enter a Bill Payment using Vendors->Pay Bills, selected a bill and used Set Credits to apply the deposit check from step #1 3. Now I cannot find the Bill Payment transaction anywhere and I'm about to go nuts! I can see the Check transaction but there is NO Bill Payment record in the transaction list for the Vendor. If you pay a bill using only credits does QuickBooks not create a Bill Payment transaction? I just did a test by paying another bill with a credit and can find no record of the transaction in the AP or check register. If I view the Bill that was paid I DO see the Check in the Related Transactions side panel but that's it - Now I can't even figure out how to delete what I've done! Monday, August 24, 2015 2:36 PM I had a computer breakdown a month ago and lost over a year of qb data. I had to update my QB to 2015 to work with my banks auto download. I'm really behind the times because I really don't know how to coordinate this new version. I feel that if I can have someone help me with the help of a little TeamViewer sessions I can get a running chance on how to quickly catch up and get me back up and running again. Hello! We are a Home Care Agency. We have about 50 clients and 40 employees. We have been running Intuit payroll for a couple of years now. Our employees work for multiple clients but we bill a few parent clients such as their insurance companies. We have NO inventory to keep track of and we Don't sell anything. We are a growing shoe company both online and brick and mortar. Past few years we grew at a fast past and didn't really manage the finances the way we need to.
