I have a 12/31/14 compilation that needs to be completed. I have the excel templates to be filled out and the checklist to guide. Client needs to be converted to Percentage Completion format that is why Construction Experience is required for this task. I am suing my Mortgage Company ... and have 6 months of statements. They have deceptive reporting a lot of information missing. I need them looked over by a CPA tell me what you see and written signed report So basically I will send 6 mortgage statements. Up front I will tell you, it will be impossible to audit this. I don't normally keep books throughout the year as I run my own business and it's a smaller deal. But at the end of the year I need to update my books to send to my CPA. There are about 30 transactions per month in the main account, and 10-15 in the second account. I own a small business that provides professional services. The work I do is generally flat fee or billed at time and expense. On some of the work, I have multiple parties contributing to the final fee. For example, P1 may generate 2 hours of time on a project and I pay P1 60% of what they bill. P2 may generate 1 hour of work and I pay P2 65% of what he bills. If I bill time, I bill at 100% of the rate. I then take all of their time and generate a final invoice for my company's time. I currently use Quickbooks online, but I know I am only scratching the surface of its functionality. Others in the industry use purchase orders to do similar projects.
