QuickBooks Professional experience preferred. I need my checks and deposits entered, deposits must be received from a/r and then deposited, reconciliation of accounts. I have the digital bank statements and files to "import into QuickBooks" to avoid manual labor in some cases, in others you will have to enter. Here are some more details. I am running QuickBooks 2014 Premier on my desktop PC. You will have to login via remote Desktop to access my QuickBooks. I reconciled until April or May 2014. I need to reconcile my books to current. I have approximately 50-75 debits that need to be entered per month. I would say 90% are already automatically classified with the exception of some new vendors. If we have any new vendors, I would expect you to write the check to whomever the transaction is payable to, but I would like to receive an email with all the new supposedly new vendors.
