A little background...... I own a business that buys SFR real estate for the purposes of renovating and re-selling. I have a small real estate company. I buy, rehab, and sell homes. I have one employee starting shortly. I need someone to do our books properly. We plan on doing only 6-8 homes per year. We will have payroll for one person, income for myself, and the rest will be contractors we hire for jobs. Our one employee will be paid weekly.
