We are a small, creative agency in Melbourne, Australia. We're after someone who can work with us to send out deposit invoices weekly and look after monthly payroll. There are also a few additional tasks like resending invoices and answering financial enquiries. This is an ongoing, casual role. Generally speaking, the work takes between 1 - 4 hours a week. This, of course, varies depending on the work coming through. Some of the tasks involve: - sending out deposit invoices via Xero. - logging incoming invoices and putting together a monthly payroll spreadsheet - inputting data into a CRM system. We're friendly, proactive thinkers so are looking for someone similar. We'd like to do a Skype interview with short-listed applicants so good English skills are a must.
