Looking for a QB Online-knowledgeable (preferably - as that's what I'm currently on - but open to changing/tweaking/bettering my system) bookkeeper to help with record keeping and job-costing with a small contracting company. Only necessary for a few hours a week - but other duties and responsibilities are there and at your option should you want them. Everything is negotiable - hourly is fine or a set rate is as well. I use Evernote and Quickbooks Online and am open to any ideas that would maximize efficiency. Most things could be done online/Virtually but I'm thinking best if you are near to come by office and at least - I'm open and looking for guidance and advice here as well. I have five accounts with an average of 60 transactions per account if that helps - and anywhere from 5-15 open projects going at once. I have just started up 2 small businesses (Ltd Companies) and i require a book keeper to take care of my books - there is a backlog of three months (not huge amount of transactions) and also there is payments between accounts (ie one company has taken money from other company etc). I need a Book Keeper who understands UK LTD businesses who can help sort it out and make sure its sorted for ongoing. The accounts themselves will be processed by my accountant.
