I have a commercial property that is currently in a Contract For Deed and am looking to get it refinanced at a local bank. I am not that familiar with the process and i have some issues also. I would like to find someone to go over it with me and help me with what is going to be expected of me. This will allow me to have some time to fix any issues before i go to the bank. Would prefer someone with experience dealing with commercial loans or maybe even a previous loan officer. I use PayPal to process all our transactions online and as our small company is growing, I am trying to create an automated solution that will allow us to allocate a percentage of all incoming monies to specific accounts. Case / Usage: If $1,000 is received in a day, I want 50% of that ($500) to be automatically transferred to an external account for the purpose of putting aside to only use once a month at the end of the month to pay estimated taxes and for my 401k.
