Right now I have a Single Member LLC. However I will soon be adding additional members. I have some questions that need answering. I am familiar with the method of tracking distributions (through an equity account for each), however I am unsure how to track distributions that are owed. Is that even possible in QB Online? Or do I need to separately track these values? Also under the Operating Agreement, every Member is entitled to his/her direct earnings from clients. 25% of that is held by the Company to pay for its expenses. In the context of taxes, is that 25% automatically an expense that can be deducted or does the deductible amount have to reflect only actual spending? Also do they report only their share of income and expenses on their taxes? Each member will be responsible for their own payroll taxes. My understanding is that the business needs to issue Schedule K-1s at the end of the year. Can this be done in Quickbooks? Are their any other filing requirements? We also enga...

I need data, on an excel spreadsheet, and a graph (from the spreadsheet) on ICT (information and communications technology) investment in the United States from 1990 onwards (yearly frequency is OK). Aggregate data on total ICT investment, all over the country. This should be expressed as a percentage of GDP, both in real terms and in nominal terms (so, two different time series, thus two lines on the graph). There might be some data on KLEMS, on OECD or on Gartner. I just need one consistent time series or also a contructed one from 2 different sources. I would need sources reported (the way it was constructed the series should be transparent).

Hello Looking to have some bookkeeping done for a company. Have been using quickbooks online. Everything is keyed in until middle of june 2013. Just need it to be verified with the checking, savings account and money market and two credit cards. The savings account is only one transaction a week and the money market has limited transactions. I have a Financial Projection in pdf file and I want it to be re input in Google sheet or Microsoft Excel.
