We are a company specialized in architecture and building. We need to design a detailed multi-function spreadsheet which will be used for construction planning, budgeting, project management, scheduling. It has to be multidimensional with several functions and automatic calculations. Strong skills in construction project management is essential (materials, labor cost, timelines, Gantt chart, etc) There are hundred of software available through internet, but we can't identify which one would be the best option and also we prefer to have our own spreadsheet/software without subscription. We are very open to suggestions and you can use/download free templates available on internet to design the software we need or get some ideas from an existent similar purpose built software.
