Requirements 1) I need this in Google Sheets form - correctly coded and attractively formatted. 2) In place of redacts - please fill as "Redact 1", "Redact 2", and so on, top down. 3) Any rows where the description column includes a % or $/LB need to be coded to a variable assumptions box at top or bottom, so I can adjust the pro-forma based on changes in any of these variables. 4) Subtotal/total type lines need to be formula-coded and not hard-coded from data. 5) As you will notice, there are some typos.
