Hello, I have 2 data sets that I need reconciled to find out what and where the gaps are. One dataset SHOULD be 100% (or near to) in the other data set. This project is to either prove or disprove this theory and therefore allow us to create a statement rather than a theory. I am putting together a pitch deck for a startup idea and have everything except for Market, User Acquisition Costs, and Customer Lifetime Value. What I really need is a kick ass consultant / business expert who knows how to put this together in their sleep and has access to the resources one will need to find out this information (pertains to the residential real estate industry, specifically for apartment buildings both leased and owned) from their current job, etc. PLEASE do not reach out to me if you aren't based here in the US - this is very specific to US cities and markets. We create eLearning for Middle School aged students (6-8th grade). We have a lesson on reading a credit report. We need someone to create three fake credit report samples (for students in the United States); one for each of the "characters" listed in the attached document. Contractor should be a subject matter expert in the area of US credit reports and reading credit reports. The sample report should be created in Microsoft Excel and formatted to look like a real report. The contractor will use the information provided for each character to create each fake report. I have an online business where I provide coaching services for engineers. I am going to be bringing on a partner to the business and he is going to buy into it so I need an valuation of the business. It is not a huge business, in fact if you just took the assets minus the liabilities it would be less than $20,000 however I want to make sure that the evaluation considers all of the website traffic based on CPM for the industry ( we get 40,000 pageviews per month).
