Looking for someone to help us file our business taxes and learn more about how running a business works with regards to taxes and finance. You must be familiar with U.S tax laws. I am looking for someone who can create a set of generic small business financials (cash-flow, profit and loss, balance sheet). We need a professional business plan and an investment memo to be prepared within 2-3 week. I run a couple small businesses. I have yet to do any organized job of keeping our books. I've charged all business expenses on a specific credit card, and I have some semi-organized notes about income received, and some notes somewhere about who owes me money, etc. I need to get organized! I'm starting with Quickbooks for Mac 2015 and I want to spend a few hours with a Quickbook expert who can generally help set me up on the software, import my bank statements, help me understand the transaction categories, and answer questions. I want to manage and run my books from there but just want someone's help to get me started, and help me know what accounts to classify expenses under, etc. I'm thinking this would be a few hours of work, but if the relationship is good, I might want to consult with you more after this.

I have an established small limited company that will need to submit audited accounts to verify total revenue and royalties payable under an Intellectual Property licensing arrangement, either on a six monthly or annual basis. The company uses an on-line bookeeping package (Xero) in which all transactions are logged, copies of supporting documentation kept and all company bank account transactions reconcilled (via a bank feed in Xero) and the succesful bidder would be provided with access to this information. In 2014, there were on average 9 transactions per week (credit and debit). Please provide a quote for this service, together with any assumption that it is based on. Thanks Bryan
